Christmas – Here, There and Everywhere!

Well, what a fantastic Christmas and New Year. The festivities started with seeing Stepsister Beth and Debra, and then spent Christmas Day with Mum and Katie. Boxing day was a large family gathering, and I then went to visit Grandma with Dad, Katie and Alfie. Back to Norfolk for a New Years Day extravaganza with Stepsister Naomi, Chris, Debra, Dad, Katie and Alfie…..whilst treated to a Christmas Roast cooked by Dad! In the unlikely event Dad did not burn the house down, we had some fireworks to finish the job off!! You will see in the photos, that Dad had to go large with the turkey as well as the tree, and there is still leftovers! It would appear that Grandma has Scottish Ancestory, and as such, entiltes me to wear the Macneil Tartan. Dad has talked to me about getting a kilt, but have to say I am not too keen on the idea, so may go for some tartan trousers! Wishing all my friends a Happy New Year.

  1. Hi Tom. Glad you had a great Christmas and a very happy new year to you. I have to say I’m with you on the Kilt subject, stick to the trousers I say 👍🏻
Another year beckons and we all look forward to seeing what you get up to in the next 12 months. I’m sure it will be full of good times for you and the family. Have a lovely weekend.

    1. Thank you Andy. Do you have any Scottish Ancestory? Dad thinks you should try the kilt idea as well now! I will ask Simon for his opinion when he next visits! Thank you for looking after my bungalow for me as always. I am having the oven looked at on Monday – strange how it packed up shortly after Dad cooked a roast dinner on new years day!!!

    1. Thank you Tony. Dad says he looks forward to seeing you at the Adam Ant Concert. Sorry I won’t be there as I have a prior arrangement…I mean I WILL have a prior arrangement by then!!!

  2. Go with the tartan trousers and build up to a kilt when the weather warms up. Take a trip to Scotland, you can wear them up there and blend in. Trews and kilt. Uncle Norman loved his tartan trews and wore them a lot, every chance he had!

  3. Hey Tom, wot a busy Christmas and New Year you had. Looked like you all had a ball. Hope 2022 brings many more exciting events.

    Love n hugs Tina 🤗
